By using any services of Mail2Net Internet Ltd (Mail2Net) or it's partners it is deemed that you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our service.

Security Policy
All IP address’s, dates, times and other tracking information are logged to help protect us (and our customers) from any attempts to damage our servers.

If any attempt is made to compromise, damage, Spam our server or use our mail or website servers for anything other than normal e-mail and website services you accept all costs incurred with repairs, usage charges and costs due to loss of service. It is also considered a crime and we will contact local authorities.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us.

Our Privacy Policy is to protect and respect your privacy across all of our websites. Your name, website address, e-mail address and any other personal information that you decide to give us will be handled according to this privacy policy.

Our current policy does not allow us to provide any of your personal information to any advertisers. We will not disclose any information about individual users unless, you permit us, in writing, to do so, or to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect our rights and property.

We do not record any e-mail particulars (user name, password, smpt server or e-mail contents). Any information accessed or sent through the our servers is completely confidential.

Warranty and Liability
All services supplied by Mail2Net Internet Ltd and its partners are supplied with no obligation, warranty or liability to any user and is used at your own risk.

We consider Mail2Net mail service to be a safe way to read and reply to your mail however, we must state that Mail2Net can not be held responsible if any damage is caused to your e-mail account or server or loss of mail while using the Mail2Net service and you agree to indemnify Mail2Net against any possible charges from any party due to your use of the Mail2Net service.

Server down time
Every effort is made to reduce the amount of down time with our service. We are continually upgrading our server hardware and reprogramming our software to increase the quality of the Mail2Net service.

Some parts of Mail2Net's service may be withdrawn or stopped while our server or software is being updated or repaired.

Attachments
When using the webmail service, some types of attachments do not work. We do not guarantee that attachments can be viewed, sent or down loaded from your mail server.

Re fund Policy
For paid services such as website and e-mail hosting or Registered E-mail services if we are unable to supply service of reasonable standard we will re fund any charges that have been paid in advance to the value of the number of months in credit.

If you are unhappy with any paid service supplied by us please do not hesitate to E-mail us detailing any problem that you may have. If we find that you do have a valid cause to claim a credit (eg you are unable to use our service with your mail provider or you find that our service is down to often in your part of the world etc) we will re fund the balance of any payment made in advance.
