The house is for paying guests only. We don't mind if you have friends around for a
visit or lunch etc, but the house is not to be used
for parties or big gatherings.

No Smoking Inside Please. If you smoke outside
please put your cigarette butts in the rubbish
before you leave.

Please leave the house in a clean and tidy
condition.

No parties or large gatherings of people (12+ people). A function fee of $500 may be billed to you or charged to your credit card.

Broken or Damaged items are to be replaced or be
brought to our attention. Accidents happen -
please let us know about them. Cost of repairs or replacements may be billed to you or charged to your credit card.

If you use the BBQ please give it a quick clean once you're done
|
|
|
Check in 1pm and check out 11am please.
