The cottage is in the middle of a large private fully fenced 1,500 meter section.

There's a modern open plan kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a meal. A new bathroom with a shower and a deep bath to relax in. The house has beautiful old polished floors, comfortable furniture, a warm gas fire and Sky TV. You can even play a tune on the old piano.

French doors open out from the living room to a large covered deck, where you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun, cook on the barbecue and look out onto a large private fully fenced lawn (great for the kids) - you can watch the sheep in the paddock next door!

The cottage has two bedrooms; made up with crisp cotton sheets, fluffy duvets and lots of pillows. One with two colonial style single beds and the other, the master bedroom, with a large comfortable Queen bed and has french doors opening out to another private deck to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

There's plenty of things to do. The cottage is just over the road from the tennis courts and a few minutes walk to the golf course or vineyards (see map) or take a drive through the countryside to nearby towns and of course, fine dining and wine tasting!
